Free version worked great… Purchased paid version but it is not working

Hello,
I have been using the free version with success but wanted to be able to filter by tags so I purchased the pro version. I deleted the free version, installed the pro version and activated the license key. It is causing a big problem on the site's homepage where the shortcode is being used, causing a loop of some sort where only one of the grid items loads over and over (and not in a grid). On other pages, the post grid displays properly however the tags do not work to filter the posts.
Because the site is live, I returned to the free version, but would really like to get the issue with the paid version sorted out. Thank you! Here is a link to a screenshot of what the homepage looks like under the paid version. The website in question is at http://tps.ghslearn.com/.
