filterable list not showing correct items

We have about 60k post and showing them in a filterable list by taxonomy terms, under each of the terms, there are about hundreds posts.

The problem we are having now is when we click on the filterable terms on the page, most of them are only showing several posts.

And, The post list doesn't change when you click on the terms after click on the pagination.
