Set the featured image and it looks fine on the team page. No problems. When you click and go to the individual team member's profile the image becomes HUGE. I actually am fine if it doesn't pull into the header at all. I probably just need some custom CSS to input, so that when the feature image doesn't pull into the team member profile and ONLY shows up in the gallery view of the entire team.
Does that make sense?

The team single page featured image come from your theme single.php file
you could create a copy of that file single-team_member.php and customize featured image size as you need.
