How can I export a Post Grid template

Welcome to PickPlugins.
To export the Post Grid layout, go to Tools => Export. Then select Layouts and download the Export file.

And to import the Layout, go to Tools => Import. Under the WordPress section, run the Importer, then choose the exported file.
