Hi,

I have come across a big issue for myself with the plugin. The emails are showing the user_nicename not the user_login for the {user_name}. This is a big issue for myself as it means usernames with a gap inside them are not working when attempting to login.

Also user_nicename is all lower case so it does not display the username as the user inputs it when registering or the way it is shown in the system. Please fix.

I noticed it hadn't been changed in a couple of places causing the "New user confirmed" email to still show the user_nicename so I created two pull requests. I hope this is okay.
