e-mail link and break in description

Hi

We're using your plugin "team member showcase" and we're facing some troubles since we needed to reset our website.

We want to link e-mail addresses in the team-member-description and it should appear underneath the job-function. Now it shows just after the job-function although I inserted a break <br>.

I hope you can help. 🙂
Maybe it's useful to know, that we're using the plugin in german.
