im testen your plugin and looks very good, only have a small question, then a customer has made his purchase the custom made design is ready to download in the back-end but when im download it its downloading including the background, is it possible to download it without the background...

Welcome to our forum.
You probably talking about Product Designer plugin, Please see there is an option under create/edit template "Include background in output" you need to uncheck.
