Hi I use WP User Manager plugin for the registrations. In each registration two emails are going to the users for activate their accounts.

Could you please tell me whether you're using a page builder or not? And what type of form are you using? Is it a Custom registration form or a WordPress default form? Also, If possible, share the site URL with us.
