Hello I was trying to find out why I couldn’t do this update the person that was handling my website before says he never had to log into l divi or do anything that’s required if you can help me out greatly appreciate it I’m the owner of this

I am not sure which plugin are you using from us, is this our plugin related issue or DIVI only?
