I downloaded the free user verification plugin but couldn't able select or unselect Exclude roles. why this option is available in this plugin? this plugin is very useless like this.

Welcome to Pickplugins.
Could you please tell me if you're using any other plugins from 'PickPlugins'? If not, I don't think there might be an issue.
Please note you can hold Control from your keyboard and select multiple items. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/e1ku5at.png
