is it possible to sort the Members in one team via drag&drop?
If not i it possible to sort by a custom meta-field with numbers?

you might be looking for custom sort of team meaber, yes this feature available in premium version only. please see the attachment how does it works,

also you need to set
"Query orderby" > post__in
