How do I add the main Content and Member Image to my custom single member template?

I had everything working perfectly on Friday and made no further changes.
Yesterday the client called to say the single team members pages were not working, for example:
https://upstreamhealth.ca/team/dr-reg-peters/
I tried resetting permalinks several times, and also verified the rewrite rules are correct in the htaccess file.
Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Welcome to PickPlugins.
From your WP dashboard, go to Team Member and Add a new team member or edit a specific one.

I think your client changed the Team-member slug to ‘team.’ Our plugin already uses the ‘team’ slug, So please use a different slug-like ‘team-member’.

After that, please go to ‘Settings’ => ‘Permalinks’, and you don’t have to change anything! just click on the ‘Save Changes’ button to regenerate the permalink.

Hi Again – everything was working fine on Friday and no further changes were made…but yesterday the client called to inform that the Team Single pages are no longer working and now generate an error 404:
