Custom Filter

I am trying to filter by only the county but whenever I click on any county, it doesn't return any results.  Here is the temp page

Here are my settings  Filter type is group.

Filter by is custom

Single filter menu style is "Inline"

I added a group name:  County

Display group name:  no

Type:  Inline

Data Logic "Or"

Filter arguments - Miami-Dade|Miami-Dade, Broward|Broward, Palm Beach|Palm Beach, Virtual|Virtual

What am I doing wrong?
