Is there a way to change a layout name? I created a new layout called "Test" just to test things and now I want to change it. I don't see an option to change it, nor do I see where the name is stored in the database.

Welcome to our forum.
Unfortunately changing layout name isn't available. this is really too bad. i am planning to move further and update plugin to manage layout on easy way to update.
Hope future version will bring this feature.
