I have installed the plugin and now I want the box of related posts to be displayed after the content box and before the comments box, That is, be between these two parts

Welcome to our forum.
You can display related post just after content dynamically from settings, but if you want other places that come from your themes, you must have edit theme files and add related post shortcode.
