Can I create custom tag apart from general?

I would like to show some custom field content inside the custom post type. However, I can only see that there are default tag like "Content" and "Author" stuff.

Is there any way to add my own custom field, I think it will be good to let me insert a php / shortcode that render php snippet and I could grab the custom field by wordpress command.
