Is it possible to change the link on the Read More in Post Grid? I want to change it from the post to a Download item.

Sorry for late reply, read more link can't be linked with custom link, only thumbnail can be linked with custom url.

but if you are using premium version you can create a shortcode for your purpose and use that shortcode under layout editor with HTML items
