Hello, I chose a member picture size 300x200, but in overall view it is just shown in 150x150.
How can I have an overview with big pictures, not "hair cutted" like this? http://www.pickplugins.com/demo/team/

Please see there is an option “Thumbnail Size.” see the screenshot
you need to set “Large” to get full image.
