Could you please let me know which builder(Old Shortcodes based or React Builder) are you using? in latest version, Pro version doesn't require for modern react based builder, you can activate license key from builder settings, please see the screenshot

But if you are still using older version Shortcodes based, then you will need to install pro version and under settings page you will see the tabs for license key.
I’m using the one where you have to create the grid and the item layouts separately, I think it’s the one with the shortcodes.
I’d like to create filters with a masonry gallery and the CPTs created, but I couldn’t find it in the new builder.
I’m on wordpress and I downloaded the plugin directly from the add plugins menu available in wordpress.

Yes, filterable isn’t available in latest builder, we are working, we hope next week to release filterable with builder.
