Accordions URL links not working for nested accordions

Maybe I'm not using it right, but linking to nested accordions via url params doesn't seem to be working for me.  Going to http://example.com/?id=2&c_id=0 should open up the 3rd tab, 1st accordion right?  Instead I keep having it open up the 3rd tab, 3rd accordion.  What am I doing wrong here?

This works when there's no tabs here: https://pickplugins.com/demo/accordions/open-child-via-url-parameter/?id=1&c_id=2

But nothing on this page seems to work: https://pickplugins.com/demo/tabs/tabs-features/?id=0&c_id=2

How would I format a URL to open to the 1st tab, 1st nested tab, 3rd sub-tab on https://pickplugins.com/demo/tabs/tabs-features/ ?

Any (fast) help would be greatly appreciated!
