Hello! I keep getting a forbidden error when trying to update an accordion. I have updated to the latest version. I also cannot access my license in my account for this plugin.

Can you please try to check log file by enabling debug on your site. please check the following link to learn how to enable debugging on your site.
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
Then check the debug log file /wp-content/debug.log
