Accordian won’t collapse

Hi

We used the free accordian plugin and today upgraded to the paid version to allow us to use shortcodes in the content area.

After installing the new paid version of the pluging all accordians new and old are expanded by default and will not collapse.
Can you advise if there is something we may have done wrong?
