Employer(Job poster) can get notification when someone submit application on their job. to get notification employer need to choose option when they edit job under Application Info tab, see the option Send Notification on apply > Yes , employer can turn off notification by choosing No.
When someone submit application on job employer will get an email like bellow screenshot.
