I have bought the wrong product, I should have bought the product designer pro, but can see that there is another product I have got, how can this happen.

DOn't worry, could you please confirm if you want refund or want to access to product designer plugin, currently we set product designer to out of stock for some improvement after getting frequent complain, but you can still use it.
