About two days ago I noticed that I could not switch between the "Visual" and "Text" tabs in my page editor. I later realized that I could not use the "Screen Options" and "Help" tabs in the upper right hand corner either.
[I'm using WordPress Version 4.9.8]
After deactivating every plug-in, I discovered the Accordions plug-in was the problem as all of the tabs began working again.
I updated the plug-in today, 10/12. But that didn't change anything; the tabs went back to not working again. This is something you may want to fix in the next update.

can you please clear browser cache? try hard refresh or try on another browser.
if you use any cache plugin please delete the cache.
If possible please see the console area of browser when the error is happening.
