User Verification with LearnDash

Hi,

I’m using the LMS LearnDash, with its pop-up registration form. When User Verification is activated, and a new user registers, upon hitting Submit, it tells them the username and email already exists, even though it was not previously registered. Meanwhile, the New User welcome email goes out asking them to verify their account. How can I fix this?
