I have downloaded the plugin, but how do I upload it? Each time I try, it keeps opening a new file. So not which files I am supposed to upload.

you should see the plugin zip file link below, you should uninstall free version and then install pro version.

if you can't do that please send me a temporary admin access to your site, i will do that for you.
