I have tried at least 10 times now to reset my password but I never get an email and it is not going to spam. When I try to register my email it tells me I already have an account. Our web designer needs to be able to get into the account to upgrade our Accordion plugin which we paid for several weeks ago. I already put in a ticket several weeks ago and never heard anything back. I would appreciate a response in the next 24 hours.

On the page, put your email and click RESET PASSWORD button
you will receive an email with a reset link
after load reset password form you will able to reset the password and set the new password.
In case all these not working, i will send you a new password.
