Unable to apply filters and sliders

Hi there,

I am trying to create filters like this demo (<a href="https://pickplugins.com/demo/team/filterable/">https://pickplugins.com/demo/team/filterable/</a>) on this page (<a href="http://cis.bentley.edu/sandbox/index.php/all-tutors/">http://cis.bentley.edu/sandbox/index.php/all-tutors/</a>).

The problem I am facing is that I don\'t see the option to create/apply the filters.

In addition, I want to display name and description below the picture and not on it (seen when someone hovers).

I referred to a number of resources provided (including some youtube videos but I will they are outdated)

FYI, we have the licenese key for the advance version.
