Hi, Can you tell me if this price is annual or a one-off payment?

Also if you check my website blog on https://beeunique.co.uk/blog/ you can see that they are all different sizes and not in the nice same size squares/borders you have on your examples (like Isotope 10). If i buy this plugin can I definitely get this layout to work on my website?

Lifetime price for manual update,
Yearly price for automatic update,

Once you purchase the plugin you will have 1-year free automatic update by license activation, then you can purchase a license to renew to get continue automatic plugin update. Otherwise, you will have lifetime access to free download, you will need to install plugin manually. # Support will available for 1 year. All feature will available both plugin release.
