Wordfence gave notice that TS has been removed from wordpress.org. Also - I see there have been no updates for over a year. Is this plugin still supported?

Don't worry, this is temporary.
A few days ago our server data center was down due to a fire incident, that's why our mail server and website were down too. WordPress.org down the profile for inactive mail account. That's why our all plugins temporarily closed now.
We have already contacted their support team, as our server is now up and running we hope they will remove the restrictions.
