Team Plugin social on page

Can the social media account show on the full team page. For example from my sample

The bottom right team member Sandi Banks has her social added which shows with her picture and then readmore link to page http://www.speakupconference.com/prayer-team/

if you click readmore and go to her page there is no social media showing there http://www.speakupconference.com/team_member/sandi-banks/
