Hi there we have Teams version 3.1.9 By paratheme and we have purchased a copy of Team Showcase by PickPlugins - ProVersion 1.0.3 | By PickPlugins
Is there an upgrade path between the old plugin and the new one, or do we have to build it over again.|

Welcome to our forum.
You should see the data upgrade notice after installing latest version of free team plugin, you should run this data update process, and then install pro version, please note latest version of pro will require free version of plugin also.
let me know if you need nay help, send me temp admin access I will check the issue..
