I am using filtering to show team members from different offices but some of the people on our team do not work at a specific office. I would like for them to be seen when selecting "All" but not have a filter button that selects only them.

Is there a way to add them to a team without them belonging to a group or a way to remove a group from the filter selection while still including them in the "all" category?

Welcome to our forum.

Here is "All" is not a real team group, so would like to show I trick, you can remove the default "All" filter from settings and then create a new team group named "All" add your team members to this team group you want to show.

I hope this helps.

Let me know for more help.

Glad to hear that solved, but you can still name it "All" just changed the slug something else should work fine in your case. Regards

Yay, it works!

In case anyone else attempts this I would advise against naming the new team group "all" as it will cause some problems with the custom CSS. Name it something like 'Everyone' instead.

Not the most elegant solution. It would be nice to be able to turn off the 'All' filter in future without having to use CSS

Thanks for the help

I just noticed there is no option to do that, although you can try following CSS to hide
.team-filter .filter[data-filter="all"] {
display: none !important;
}

I hope that helps.
