Hello,

yesterday I purchased the accordion pro, but for some reason I received two invoices and I also received two downloadable files. But something must be wrong as neither of them works when I enter the license code. I still can not create other accordions, and where the free version worked great now no accordion shows at all (when previewed it looks like it works).

Can you elaborate on this?

Hi,
Apologies for the delayed response. We added the free version alongside the pro version because some purchases come from third-party sites that sometimes require the free version as well.
However, there are no known issues with activating the pro version. Could you please provide more details about your issue? What exactly happens when you try to install the pro version? It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot. You can host your screenshot on Imgur and share the link with us.

Hello Azizul,

is there any development on this matter? I have double invoices, two files I can donload, one license key, but nothing works. Funny fact: the free version works, but as I paid for the full version I want it to work.

In my opinion you shoud delete both downloads and the license key and replace them with one new downloadable file and a new license key. That should eliminate the conflict.
