Hello, How can I program my accordions to collapse a previously opened one when another one is clicked?

Here is an example of a page from my website that is currently using the plugin: https://fawc.org/sp-2023faqs

Currently on this page, the user would need to click once again on the same accordion to collapse it.

I\'m using the free version. I\'m wondering if this feature is available in a paid version only, or if it could be accomplished with code.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Dawn,
Welcome to PickPlugins.

A click on one closes another previously opened accordion - it's the default behavior on our accordion, and the pro version isn't required for this.
Please go to the Edit mode of your accordion and check Accordion options => Keep Expanded others option. The value should be No.

Let us know if it helps.
Regards.

Definitely, there is conflict, and that’s why the option isn’t working for you. It’s easier to tell or resolve the issue after investigating the backend. Would you mind the send a temp login access to our support email?

Hello Azizul,

By default, I have those settings for each accordion.

Please see this page:

https://fawc.org/24ps-faqs-2023-dev

All accordions on this page have the settings you showed, but the accordions do not close when another is clicked.

Please see my screenshot here:

Thank you,
Dawn
