Related Post and Other Plugins

Hello! I uploaded your plugin because I want it to work with the LMS course plugin I'm using. When I create a course, I want it to show related courses on the bottom of each of the course pages. However, I set it all up and chose courses and lessons to include the related posts under general settings, but nothing shows up. The courses and lessons are not separate WordPress pages, each course is generated by the LMS plugin I'm using. Is there a way to get the related posts to work on my course pages? Please let me know.
