I have installed the free version of Product Designer from the WordPress Store, Though I have activated and checked at least 3 times but it was not showing any thing at all. The Customization button was showing but when clicked it was taking to the Design Page instead of the same page and plus the only option it was showing only one option and that too was blank.

So can you help me with making this work on the website?

have you set "Item sides" on product edit page?

if you already set this and still not working please send me a temporary admin access to your site i will check the issue.
