I purchased and installed Post Grid on my site but as soon as someone accesses my site I get 100% load on my CPU causing by site to go down. Is this a known issue and is there a work around.
My intent is to use this for my category pages and a carousel at the bottom of post pages but with this issue I cannot even activate it without causing issues.
If not can I please get a refund?
Thank you,
Phil Seidel

Welcome to our forum.

Sorry for late reply, i was misunderstood to see someone probably already answered this question, didn't noticed it was answered by you.

Please confirm me you want refund or support so we can proceed as you wish.

Just note, post query may overload based on your query settings, you should set lowest number of post per pages under query settings. i could check on your admin if you allow.

Regards

An update: the free version seems to work okay but when I put in the paid version was when I got the high server load. I wondered if my download was corrupted so I downloaded it again and the second time the server load seemed okay but I do not have the drop down category selection and if I just use the post archive it comes up unreadable on the page and pushes the page down.

Thanks, Phil Seidel
