We purchased a license for Post Grid Pro on April 28, 2021.
The order Id was #44077

The billing info was as follows:

Anthony Giancarli

After a failed attempt to update the Post Grid Combo plugin and the restoration of a backup,
we were able to get Combo updated by deleting it and reinstalling it.

However, somewhere in that process, we lost the setting for the Post Grid Pro license.

Unfortunately, while we do have the purchase receipt, we do not have the license key.

At the moment, if Post Grid Pro is activated, Post Grid Combo does not work.
I'm not sure if the missing license key is the reason why, but for now, we have
Pro disabled.

If we can, we'd like to get the Pro license key restored, and get both Combo and Pro working properly.

I have not supplied the credentials for our WordPress site at this time, because I'm hoping that restoration
of the license key will straighten everything out.

If you do need to access the site, let me know, and I'll supply the credentials.

Please check your email inbox. We've sent you the license key and the latest pro version. Please make sure you have installed the latest free and pro versions of our Post-Grid-Combo. Currently, the latest free version is 2.2.34, and the pro version is 3.3.6.
