My client's website has an issue where I have two post grids on the homepage, but clicking Next or any number to use pagination just cycles back the same first posts. I deleted the reference to the first post grid and refreshed permalinks, to no avail. All my other post grids work fine. So why is this happening?

Post Grid: 3.1.0 WordPress: 4.6, but it happened on previous versions as well. I noticed I had an offset of 1 and if I turn that off back to 0 (although it displays as 3), the problem goes away, but I want the grid to not display whatever is the most recent post, because I’m using that elsewhere on the homepage.
