In trial mode, it displayed properly now that I've bought the plugin to get all posts on one page I'm not getting the audio player or all posts. The posts individually look fine, but not in grid.

How did you used the audio shortcode ?
Can you please try with HTML item on layout editor, HTML item has support for display shortcode, might solved your issue.
If possible please send me your admin access will check the issue.
