Hello,
i can´t activate the Popup box for team members.
I tried and clicked everywhere but the profiles won´t open in a Popup box. Can you please help.

Welcome to our forum.
You probably forget to import default layout which is included in pro version, i just imported for you, you may use your own created layouts. Please see the screenshot what i mean

To display popup box you will need to select a layout for popup. please see the screenshot

Then under the item layout element options, you can select popup box for link to option, please follow screenshot

The thumbnail still isn’t doing the popup. How come this hasn’t been resolved yet. It’s been almost a year!
I am having the same problem, however I do not see ANY of the options listed above. There is no menu item for Team Layouts. I also do not see the sub menu between the layout options and the main WordPress admin menu.
