Pop-up close and text under image

I am almost full done with my team settings. I have two more editing done.

1. Is it possible to make pop-up close by click outside of pop-up? Right now it will only close if I click on "X" on pop-up
2. When I pop-up to read more, I have long text and I want some of those to get under image on the right? I even set my images to large but some of the bio is long, and there is so much white space under image.
