Plugin Incompatible With Theme

Hi there! First, let me thank you for this plugin. I really love it. I'm trying to create a simple job listing website but the plugin seems incompatible with my theme on some features. Everything works fine except the single job view on the front end. When I click to view the job, I can't view it in full and it only shows a Read More button. My website is graduatesportal.com. Please click on "Jobs" on the top menu and select one job to see what I mean. Please help. I'm really looking to hear from you soon. Thank you
