You disabled the plugin because it was not supported on my php. I updated the php, reactivated the plugin, and now all of my information is lost. How can I recover the information which took me an incredible number of hours to create? Thank you in advance for your quick response! This is an emergency for me and my client!

Please enable debug log on your site and check the .log file to see the error,

I just checked your admin, i can't see you are using our team plugin, can you please tell me which plugin you installed on your site? did you remove it?

Thank you for your response. I am not savvy enough to enable debug log and check the .log file.

I just re-added and activated the plugin labeled Team Showcase. No information there.

The php has been updated to 7.0.
