"Phone number" field under "Users" in admin area

Hello Guys,

Quick question regarding your plugin - or two, actually -

1. I noticed this plug in creates a \"phone number\" field for each user under \"users\" in admin - now, the plugin handles all confirmations via email, so what is the phone number field being added for? Please let me know - thanks!
2. Is there any way to add a field other than captcha to the registration form which must be filled out before the form is submitted successfully? The problem I\'m having as of now is that spam submissions still get logged in the database since they manage to sometimes bypass the captcha - and wordpress enters them in the database anyway (albeit in unverified mode) - but what I\'d like is for the registration form itself to stop spammers by requiring maybe an otp sent to their phone number - or maybe email before the form is submitted - is that possible?

I\'d appreciate it if you could let me know.
