There was a ‘double quote’ issue. We replaced it with ‘single quote’ and it’s working.
Also, I can see the default icon isn’t showing because you made them invisible with CSS.

Please note that we already have those options if you want to add different icons on specific tabs!

But to access those fields, you must also install our pro version.
