No Posts found with every setting

Hi team, the Post Grid plugin is stealing my whole afternoon 🙁

I use Pro plugin:

• Correct category filters: nothing found whatever I do, always "no post found"
• Shortcode: only post_grid works,post_grid_pickplugins shows nothing
• I configured "load more" but the load more doesnt appear but the numbered pagination

I really didnt plan to spend so much time with such a basic thing 🙁 Can you help asap or refund the money quickly please so I can buy a working plugin?
