I bought a lifetime license but never received a download link for the pro version.
On your website the only option was to download the free one.
Pls send me the full one or a full refund!
Additionally the free one gives me an error when I try to download themes from the plugin configuration page

Got your message with pro kit. Installed on my WP but I have two issues:
1 – when I insert the license key I get “Unexpected error: the query returned an error: Unexpected error” and then a list of field coming back from the server as if they were empty
2 – when I go to import layout setting I get: “Unexpected Error! The query returned with an error.
Make sure your internet connection is up.
Server return empty. please try again later.”
It seems to me that your serve is not responding.
Pls give me a working product today or refund me. I have an urge to use it that is why I purchased it!

To assist you further with layouts, could you clarify which method you’re using for creating your post grid? If it’s a shortcode-based method please follow these simple steps to get all the free and premium layouts –
1. Download the XML file:
